12:30am pressurisation unit failure at a 100-bed care home, Farnworth

The problem
At 12:30am we got a call from a 100-bed care home in Farnworth. The plant room's pressurisation unit had failed. It had flooded the plant room and was knocking out the hot water and heating for the whole home.
What we did
Our engineer went straight to site. We made the unit electrically safe, isolated it from the water supply and stopped the flood, so the plant room was safe and no more water was coming in.
