Sunday care home pump callout: hot water restored

The challenge

At 8:30am on a Sunday, a care home called AAC Gas. A pump had failed and the residents had no hot water.

What we did

Our engineer was on site straight away and sorted the pump so hot water could run again.

The result

Hot water was back on for the residents before most firms had their phones on. Care homes need gas and heating cover 24/7, not 9-to-5. Breakdowns don't wait for Monday.
